Teething biscuits

Wow. Momma gave me a maple teething biscuit. I mean to tell you, it was YUMMY! It started out as one biscuit but then it broke in half and I had two biscuits! Hooray!

Another visit to the zoo

On Tuesday Momma and I went to the zoo with our friend Jennifer! It was fun. They had a baby giraffe there, that was born at the end of January. It weighed over 100 lbs and was 5'9" when it was born! Momma said I was the perfect size and was so glad we are people and not giraffes! Anyway, we had to take a picture of this funny bear we saw there:

Momma bought me a stuffed elephant! I haven't figured out my elephant's name yet, but I like it a lot. It sleeps in my crib with me and my honey bear, and I like to talk to them before I go to sleep and when I wake up. It is nice to have company!

You probably can't tell, but my shirt says "excellent elephant" on it. This IS an excellent elephant!!

Crispix

You may not know this, but my Daddy LOVES Crispix cereal. I mean to tell you, he is addicted to the stuff and if they ever decide to stop making it, we are in BIG trouble. Well, yesterday Momma gave me some Crispix cereal to try. I have to admit, it is good! I have been very busy growing two new teeth on the top, and now I can crunch those Crispix pieces! I like the sound of the crunch! Eating has gotten even more fun (and more messy)!

The remodel

Remember how our house was a wreck after the hurricane came through in September? Well, one of the best Christmas presents we received this year is that the remodel was FINISHED (finally)!! It is beautiful! Momma and Daddy's bedroom is re-arranged and has new carpeting and paint, and the bathroom is totally redone. Check it out:

It's great! Momma and I like to take baths together in the jacuzzi tub! Man is that fun!

Did you notice in the first pictures that I was sitting on Momma and Daddy's bed? They have this great pillow with a bunch of ribbons on it....

Waking up

I am so happy when I wake up in the morning or after a nap!

Swings

I love swings! Momma took me to the park today to play on the swings and it was great fun. I had such a good time! It was a pretty day and the wind was blowing, which I also enjoy. I think it is so cool how the wind will blow in my hair!

My friend Mia

Remember how I met my new friend Mia recently and Momma and I were so excited to see her that we forgot to take any pictures? Well, we saw her again yesterday and got a picture before the camera battery died! This photo doesn't do her justice. She is so pretty!

A birthday party!

My prom date, Hutson, turned 2 on Saturday! He is such a big boy! He came in town to celebrate and had a fun party at Owen's house! Lots of people were there, including my friends Emma, Sterling, and Elliot! And obviously Hutson and Owen! I wore a party dress!





Here I am in my party outfit! Momma and Daddy are really NOT headband people, but Momma put this on me and we all agreed that it was really cute!

This is my friend Elliot! You have heard me talk about him before, and here he is! What a ham!

I am chewing on Mrs. Noah from Owen's toy ark. Isn't it weird that Noah's wife doesn't have a name? I think we should name her!

Here I am with Sterling and Elliot! We were all born within a month of each other! First Elliot, then I came 2 1/2 weeks later, and Sterling came 1 1/2 weeks after me! We are all pals!

Emma and I area sharing a secret. The boys just wouldn't understand.... Us girls have to stick together!

We weren't able to get a photo of all of us as Momma's camera was running out of battery. I am sure we can get some from Callie, and then we'll add them to this post so you can see everyone!

8 months old!

With all of the excitement of my baby dedication and seeing my family, you may have forgotten the other special day we just had. My 8 month birthday! Yep, I am now 8 months old. As you know, I am now sitting up and eating all sorts of fruits and vegetables. I also like to laugh and talk a lot. Sometimes I even sing! And I give lots and lots of hugs and kisses.





I like to play with paper, so you'll have to look THROUGH this one to see that it says I am 8 months old.

Sitting!

Did you know I can sit all by myself?? I do sometimes fall over if I am not careful, but I can sit up!! I am such a big girl!



Here I am with 2 of my favorite toys: a worm and a ball. The worm came in a flower pot with some flowers, but the worm is my favorite!

I think I'll play with the ball...

Yep, I picked it up all by myself!
